Whereas the government’s offer corresponds to a one-year freeze to students’ bill but does not address the tuition fee increase for the next 6 years
Whereas student representatives constitute a small minority and that faculty members are not represented in the proposed provisional council
Whereas rectors and certain interests are over-represented
Whereas there are no provisions to ensure transparency of the process
Whereas the government’s offer does not address any of the GEOGrads’ demands;
BIR that GEOGrads rejects the government’s offer as proposed on May 5th 2012.

BIFR that GEOGrads endorses the “Contre-offre de la CLASSE pour une universit/ qui fait honneur ‘a sa mission fondamentale”
